Ok... 23 Days away from home for me. Longer for the Auzzie Guys.
It's been a long haul already. We have another 3 days of races and then a day for breakdown and packing, then we fly home. We sat in the rain ALL day thinking about home today. Over a few bee... ahhh... Mineral waters... the beach team talks about what sort of meal we we are looking forward to when we get home. Look, we like China and it's been exciting, but there are certain things we are missing from back home... like home cooked food for one...

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
It's like that on the streets here. The aggressive rule the road. Stick your nose out honk loudly and go for it! It all seems very chaotic, but there is no yelling and we have yet to see an accident, so it works. Pedestrians? No respect. Cars whizz by inches from people stuck in the middle of lanes. They seem calm and prepared to wait for the right gap in traffic. Glad we are not driving!

One of the senior staff took a few of the new Hobie beach crews for a drink…… GWTF was not a happy chappy………..however, the heat during the day sorted everything out…see Kevlar for further details
